- Noelani Elementary School records, where Barack Obama attended kindergarten (according to the Hawaii Department of
Education, students must submit a birth certificate to register -- but parents may bring a passport or student visa if the
child is from a foreign country)
- Complete files and schedules of his years as an Illinois state
senator from 1997 to 2004
- Illinois State Bar Association records
- Baptism
records
- Obama/Dunham marriage license
- Obama/Dunham divorce documents
- Soetoro/Dunham marriage license
- Soetero/Dunham Adoption records
The issue of the Occidental College records is especially pertinent. The United States Justice
Foundation (USJF) served officials at Occidental College with a subpoena to produce records concerning Barack Obama's attendance
there during the 1980's, because those records could document whether he was attending as a foreign national. You see, Mr.
Obama attended the school on a scholarship -- and there are questions as to whether the financial aid he received was reserved
for foreign students. The Obama attorneys have bent over backward to block us. He doesn't want anyone to see
those records. Those financial records STILL have not been released.
WHATis Barack Obama trying
to hide? WHAT is he afraid of? WHY doesn't he just release these documents to prove that
he is a natural-born citizen and, therefore, qualified to serve as President -- especially his actual
birth certificate?
Isn't it time we FORCED him to come clean? His "birthday" is

certificate, and put an end to the controversy over his status as a "natural born" citizen once and for all. And
now he's coming after me and the United States Justice Foundation (USJF) -- the public-interest legal group that I founded
over 30 years ago -- with a vengeance!
Why? Because we dare to seek the TRUTH!
And they must have something to hide, because Mr. Obama's attorneys have threatened to spend, and then sanction, USJF out
of existence.
That's why USJF started this effort to convince State Attorneys General, all across the country,
to investigate whether Barack Obama has committed perjury by knowingly filing false nomination papers... claiming to
be constitutionally eligible to run for, and serve as, President of the United States. As you know, the available evidence
shows that he was born in what is now Kenya, in Africa.
Frankly, the evidence that Barack Hussein
Obama was born in Africa -- not Hawaii as he claims -- and, therefore, cannot serve as the President of the United States,
is compelling. - First, Mr. Obama's refusal to release his birth certificate. If he has nothing
to hide, what does he gain by refusing to allow the public to see the birth certificate?
- Second,
the contention by Barack Obama's half-sister, Maya Soetoro-Ng, that Mr. Obama was born in a particular Hawaiian hospital,
only to claim that it was in a different hospital several years later. And, most recently, Barack Hussein Obama has contradicted
himself, in writing, regarding the name of the hospital where he claims to have been born.
- Third,
a taped phone conversation with Mr. Obama's step-grandmother in Kenya, who claims that she was present at his birth... in
what is now called Kenya!
- Fourth, the "birth certificate" posted on the Obama campaign
website and other liberal websites. Since Barack Obama was born in 1961, long before laser printers and office computers,
his original birth certificate would be typewritten ... unlike the laser printed "copy" purported to be genuine.
The evidence demands that Barack Obama answer why he has been hiding the truth from the American
people about his eligibility to run for, and serve as, President! FAX All

to produce the decisive evidence proving whether he is a "natural born" citizen, his high-priced LA-based "dream
team" of attorneys has USJF squarely in its crosshairs! And they're loading both barrels!
So, unless
you help me and my team here at USJF to stand our ground in court, Mr. Obama's hired guns could blow a financial hole in USJF's
ability to be the proverbial thorn in Mr. Obama's side!
Barack Obama continues to battle any attempt to see his
real birth certificate -- producing only a phony one posted on his website -- as well as fighting us tooth and nail as we
seek access to his college records... records which we believe may prove that he was foreign born!
USJF
served a subpoenaupon Occidental College to gain access to Mr. Obama's college records, and we are fighting to get
at the truth on many other fronts, as well, including: - Appealing a casefiled
by USJF in California, all the way up to the United States Supreme Court, if necessary, on behalf of 2008 Presidential
candidate Alan Keyes, calling into question Mr. Obama's status as a "natural born" citizen;
- Funding and assisting local attorneys and Plaintiffs, in similar lawsuits, in Ohio, Hawaii, and Mississippi -- AND
we'll soon be filing more lawsuits; and
- We have initiated a campaign demanding that
every State Attorney General in the country take action now to force Mr. Obama to just show us the TRUTH.
 You see, when Barack Obama officially entered the office of President, he became, in essence, a "pretender to the throne."
According to the Constitution, only a "natural born citizen" can occupy the presidency.
Even though
he was sworn in on January 20, 2009, Barack Obama is NOT legally the President of the United States, unless he can prove that
he is a "natural born citizen."
What's more, every action taken by him while he occupies the White House
may be invalid. If he cannot legally be President, every law passed by Congress will be null and void,
as the Constitution clearly requires that all laws be signed by the President... and, without a legally elected and sworn
in President in office, that becomes an impossibility!
Quite frankly, this crisis must be ended!
And it must be ended NOW!
And that's just what we're fighting to do. The United States Justice
Foundation is spearheading a campaign to protect the United States Constitution... and your liberty.
We have to
press our case to stop Barack Obama from, apparently, illegally holding the Presidency, despite the ongoing threats
against us. We will be filing additional lawsuits and administrative actions, over and above those already filed, if you will
help us today.

I really am not trying to be mean or condescending but what can I
say to get your attention and than have you act on it to stop what's going on, the Socialization of America.
When are Americans going to open their eyes and mind and say enough is enough, Obama and his Socialists liberal
friends have got to go. Now!!!! Today!!! There is no more time. Obama and his liberal comrades have got
to go NOW!!
My dear uninformed country men, you who voted for this upstart, no experience in business, foreign
affairs, or anything else that matters to even be considered to hold the most powerful job in the world, you elected a Democrat
party community organizer with associations that are highly questionable with the likes of Rev.Wright and his terrorist
buddy Bill Ayers.
Come on, do you really believe that Obama sat in a Church for over 20 years and didn't
hear most of the hate America diatribe about White Slave Masters sub-pressing the blacks, and calling for
unrest in America.
Well I can assure you Obama got the message who today is trying to become the
Black Slave Master and you White Folks are now becoming the slaves. It's called retribution.
Why are you so willing to give up your freedom so easily? Why do you accept his rhetoric as truth when they are

Not only does Obama want to get even, he wants to so punish America for all those years of injustice that he's willing to
destroy America with his government take over of the private sector, and spending so much money, putting America
in so much debt, that the country will never recover.
He's already taking over the banks, the auto industry, the
insurance companies, and now he want the biggest prize of all the health care industry.

Today the 22nd of July 2009 Obama is having
a press conference on his heath care take over plan. I will not be listening to it because I already know that it will
not be a press conference at all because the State Run White House Press Corp will not ask any relevant
questions. I already know that Obama will give a speech full of half truths, lies and misinformation and the press will
not question him on any of it.
Here's the one and only question that Obama has to answer.
You can't really believe that Government can do a better job running Health Care than the private sector, do you???
Sir, you aren't really that naive, are you????? You must be aware of all the programs that the government
now runs are complete inefficient losers?
The Post Office, Social Security, Medicare, welfare,
education, energy, Freddie Mac, Fanny May, All Losers, and now you want the
American people to let you and the government run Health Care. I got to admit this guy really does have Messianic
hallucinations.
Until the white house Press Corp is made up of only Conservative correspondents
instead of political correspondents from political parties, namely the democrat party you're
just wasting your time.
True Conservatives do not belong to a political party they adhere to
a set of principles and values. Freedom Mainly: Including freedom
of religion, freedom from a tyrannical controlled government. freedom of choice, freedom
of the individual .
A true conservative not a political conservative believes in just what
the constitution says, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Listening to any Obama press conference is just
a waste of time.
In addition to electing this incompetent you elected a congress full of elite perverts. The leaders of the democrat party is made up of self elite perverts.
I'm not referring to sexual perverts even though there are some of those, I'm referring to the definition of pervert in Webster’s Dictionary: 1. to lead astray: corrupt 2. To divert to a
wrong purpose : misapply (~evidence> Does this sound like the liberals who now are in Power???
So we can be assured that we will never be swayed again to even consider to vote for polititions who
want to destroy our way of life, take away our freedoms, and enslave us to their perverted way of life, we must start to education our children about America, what America stands for and require all public schools to teach History of the United States from middle school through High School
and all Public schools must be required to teach courses of the Constitution of the United
States from middle school through High School.
Maybe
our children haven't been so corrupted yet that they can be saved and save America, to keep her FREE. I'm afraid this
generation is lost!!! Maybe, Maybe Not!!!! Maybe we still can do something about getting these A'holes' out of
office. Just vote them all out in the 2010 election!!!

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign
against them.
Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have
deficits? Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high
taxes? You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does. You and I don't have the Constitutional authority
to vote on appropriations.. The House of Representatives does. You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does. You and I don't set fiscal
policy, Congress does.. You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does. One hundred senators,
435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly,
legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country. I excluded the members
of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its
Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank. I excluded all the special
interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator,
a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars
in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility
to determine how he votes.. Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not
their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.
What separates a politician
from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker,
who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits. The president can only propose a budget.
He cannot force the Congress to accept it.
The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to
the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the
House? Nancy Pelosi. She is also the leader of the majority party. She and fellow House
members, not the president, can approve any budget they want.. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto
if they agree to. It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million cannot replace 545 people who stand convicted
-- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is
not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power
of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.
If the tax code
is unfair, it's because they want it unfair. If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red . If the Army & Marines
are in IRAQ , it's because they want them in IRAQ If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement
plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.. There are no insolvable government problems. Do not let these 545
people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice
they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power.
Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy,"
"inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.
Those
545 people, and they alone, are responsible.
They, and they alone, have the power. They, and they alone,
should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses. Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees. We must vote ALL
of them out of office and clean up their mess! Whatever you do,....next election, DO NOT RE-ELECT ANY OF THESE INDIVIDUALS!!!!!
